I downloaded this map then i went into JKA and i still cant play?What did i do wrong>?

Well... there's usually a README file in the zip...
Read it? Good. It should've told you to unzip the *.pk3 file and put it in the Jedi Academy GameData/base folder.
e.g. C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy\GameData\base
